While living in Juneau, Alaska I spotted this interesting driftwood tree
on Douglas island and made a pencil sketch of it. And a couple of days
ago I made a small painting (just discovered that Georgia O'Keefe's Blue
II looks somewhat similar, but much bigger size. Nice to have some
similarities with famous. LOL ). So here it is, Driftwood, 9x12 inches,
acrylic on canvas panel:
Another painting I did yesterday also has Alaskan origin - Sunset in Juneau, Alaska. It looks almost tropical, so bright colors.
